Ok, I’m sorry but I have to bitch. First off, I’m ashamed to admit that I read Questionable Content because it’s terrible. Why the hell is Marten being treated like the biggest asshole in the world for doing what he did to Padma, when she did the EXACT SAME THING to him. Marten is STANDING UP FOR…
I was thinking that myself when I read the latest comic. I don’t feel like Marten has done ANYTHING wrong. If that had happened to me I probably would have responded the same way.
Someone mentioned that the reason he’s an asshole is because he’s doing it out of spite, whereas she’s doing it because she doesn’t want things to get too far. I see that now, but I still think that Marten gets labeled an asshole all too often, when he’s clearly the most likable, nicest guy.
That makes sense, I suppose. Marten may have made a poor choice, but I’d hardly call him an asshole, like everyone else seems to do. The hate should totally be directed elsewhere in this comic. :)
